Custom orders are based on a slot system - first come first serve - customs are completed in order of purchase.

Customer is responsible for correct sizing.

Mice Nails is not responsible for loss of package or delay once given to shipping service.

Requests for exact recreations of previous custom work will not be accepted (all work is 1 of 1).

Requests for recreating other artist's work will be not be accepted, but elements can be implemented.

Up to 2 nails are allowed to be changed during the creation of the set.
