When will I receive my order/How long does it take?

My system for orders are based on a first come first serve basis. Each set will be completed in order by purchase. Please keep in mind, once a set is started it can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive depending on complexity and if additional supplies need to be ordered.

How do I claim your special freestyle designs?

Similar to customs, DM me with preferred payment method, measurements, preferred length and shape, email for tracking and shipping information.

I don't like something, can I change it?

Once finished, 2 nails are allowed to be remade. Anything more will be $5 extra.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is $20.

Would you recreate a previous set?

I do not accept requests for recreations of past custom sets, but I can do a similar freestyle.

Is this premade set available in --- size?

All premade sets are 1 of 1 designs.

Is this set on Instagram/Tiktok still available?

Anything posted is not available unless it is on my website or stated otherwise.

Do you accept deposits? Do you accept half-payments?

Upon ordering a custom, or buying a design, the amount is paid in full. I do not accept deposits.

Do I need to purchase supplies for application?

Application kits are provided, including instructions for application and removal.

Do you accept recreations from other artists?

I accept recreations if they are in my style and the artist can be properly credited.
